A Firm Foundation – Day 27: Out of the Mouths of Children
Date: Friday, October 31, 2025
Psalm 8:2 (NIV)
Reflection
“Through the praise of children and infants You have established a stronghold against Your enemies.” Even the smallest voices have power when lifted in praise. Children’s worship is not secondary—it is powerful and pleasing to God.
The next generation does not need to wait until adulthood to worship. Their voices and hearts already bring glory to God and strengthen His people.
Reflection Prompts
How have you been encouraged by the faith of a child?
What might it look like to nurture children’s worship in your community?
Discussion Questions
Why does God use the praise of children as a stronghold?
How can we encourage children to worship freely?
What can adults learn from children’s praise?
Closing Prayer
Mighty God, thank You for the voices of children that declare Your glory. May their praise strengthen our faith and remind us of the power of simple trust in You. Amen.
